With more than a decade of professional writing experience, I love transforming complicated ideas into content that actually makes sense (and gets clicks). I've spent the last several years immersed in the creativity and chaos of a startup design service turned full-blown marketing agency, virtual assistant service, and online marketplace. In addition to writing the agency's web copy and administering the blog and resource pages, I was the initial creative working with clients during each pilot launch, testing the service, figuring out what worked, and finding solutions for what didn't.
