Alex Telfer

Copy Writer/Freelancer/Content Editor

Ten years ago, a crack commando was sent to prison by a military court for a crime of grammar he didn't commit. This man promptly sulked before escaping from a maximum-security stockade into the Brentford underground. Today, still wanted by the government, he survives as a freelance writer. If you have a problem... if no one else can help... and if you can find him... maybe you can hire*... Alex Telfer. *Especially if the subject matter involves travel, sports, gambling, wildlife, London, social commentary, humour and more.

Laura H. Ball

Freelance Writer

Writing about art, design, politics and parenting for charities and business. We all know that words matter. They are an essential element of your brand, defining who you are, what you do and what you stand for. But they don’t always come easy. When you’re passionate about what you do, reducing complex issues or company values into a few short sentences can seem impossible and getting it right can take precious time away from your business or mission. This is where I come in. Crafting copy and content that speaks to your people and grows communities around your brand. Leaving you free to concentrate on the important stuff, like serving your clients and saving the world. Goodbye endless brainstorm meetings, hello happy clients and supporters. Email me today to make it happen.

Lorne Gillies

Freelance journalist

I am an award winning and PPA Scotland award nominated freelance magazine journalist. As a versatile writer, I have experience interviewing politicians, unpaid carers, veterans, students, recognisable names, and other members of our society. Connecting with people comes naturally to me, and I feel this connection is evident when sharing the experiences of others through the medium of words. Human interest, disability, social activism, and investigative journalism are my main areas of focus, but I have experience with culture, entertainment, food and sport. I have recently left a post as an editor of multiple niche magazines to focus on a career change.
