I've been cooking, baking, teaching, and writing about food for over twenty years. I'm now the Chef/Owner at Egremont Hill Farm, a nonprofit orchard in the Berkshires of western Massachusetts. We deliver organic produce and pastries directly to local food pantries. My classes (usually in Boston or the Berkshires) cover classic French techniques, desserts, and sustainable farming.
