Randi Donahue

Content Creator. Brand Journalist. Feature Writer.

The first book I wrote won me a Young Authors Award. It was titled "I Don't Want to be Kangaroo Anymore." I came up with the concept. Wrote the words. Heck, I even illustrated the dang book. That was in 30 years ago... I am still working on my next one ;) Somewhere in between I've managed to get a bachelors in business, a masters in journalism, find true love and create two amazing little humans. I'd like to think I have a decent amount of life experience, but the truth is, just like every other human on this planet, I am forever in "school" - learning and discovering as I go. Seeking knowledge to propel me forward; hoping to share that knowledge with others through words. I've had jobs as banker, bartender, waitress and laborer at a construction company. I've written stories about the circus, businesses, environmental nonprofits, and small-scale farms. Each step along the way I've gleaned valuable knowledge allowing to me to tell someone else's story, introduce a new business or promote a fantastic brand through storytelling.

Gabriel Swain

Award winning marketing strategist, innovator, and thought leader

My Philosophy on Content Marketing: Marketing is in a state of transition. We've reached content saturation. Millennials are the largest consumer demographic. Success now requires a focus on the customer experience. I find ways to stay ahead of these trends. Existing best practices work today. But I prefer to use my creativity and define NEW disruptive and innovative best practices. Content marketing now must focus on the customer/prospect and their needs, goals, interests and challenges You must know them. You no longer boast about your amazing company. Now you research and understand the customer's needs. Then you educate them on trends and best practices that will help them best meet those needs--normally with technology and automaton software. This leads to increased customer engagement, a better customer experience, higher levels of customer satisfaction, and faster revenue growth. If you don't produce original, valuable content, it will get lost in an abyss because we've reached content saturation. Produce content that stands out, or your content will not be read. I specialize in: • Content/Copy Creation & Management -- Content that differentiates you. • Thought Leadership and Content Strategy • User-Centric Messaging Development • Social Media Management and Engagement • SEO and SEM Program Management • Brand Reputation Management and Brand Awareness Initiatives • Marketing Automation and CRM Systems • Strategic Website Mapping and Web Content Creation ________________________________________________________________ [NOTE: I'm happy to send my resume upon request.]

Julianne Balmain

Copywriter, author, and content strategist

I’m a San Francisco Bay Area writer and copywriter with many years of experience helping people and organizations hone their voice and tell their stories. I've written just about everything there is to write, including all kinds of brand messaging and corporate communications. I'm also the author of numerous nonfiction works on a variety of topics, from travel to romance, as well as several mystery novels. Much of my copywriting work has focused on helping technology and innovation companies convey their ideas and connect with customers. Often that means a timely blog, article, or case study, or a thought-leadership asset such as a long-form piece or ebook. It can also mean copy for websites and multichannel marketing campaigns. I also work with clients in finance, HR, education, consumer products, publishing, and other industries to create and deliver strategic brand messaging. If you have a message to share, I can help. Let's get your story out there.
