Zeynep Merve Gulik is a business analyst and innovation-oriented professional, born in 1994 in Ankara, Turkey. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and also has a strong foundation in Computer Engineering, which gives her a unique perspective at the intersection of business processes and digital systems.
She has contributed to large-scale digital transformation projects in Turkey’s healthcare and insurance sectors, taking active roles in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. Her work has focused on improving legacy systems, aligning business needs with user expectations, and supporting impactful technology transitions.
Currently, Zeynep is pursuing her Master’s degree in Technology Innovation Management at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada, where she focuses on entrepreneurship, digital strategy, and inclusive innovation.
