She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and also has a strong foundation in Computer Engineering, which gives her a unique perspective at the intersection of business processes and digital systems.
She has contributed to large-scale digital transformation projects in Turkey’s healthcare and insurance sectors, taking active roles in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. Her work has focused on improving legacy systems, aligning business needs with user expectations, and supporting impactful technology transitions.
