With over 12 years of copywriting experience in fashion, travel, content marketing and market research, I live and breathe digital marketing. For the past 8 years, I've worked at JCPenney. I started as a copywriter in 2009, then was promoted to a copy manager in late 2012, and most recently promoted to a senior creative copy manager for the digital creative team as of late 2014. I love leading a team of creative people, and my favorite thing to do is take raw content and turn it into something elegant, customer-friendly and easy to read.
