Originally from the Midwest, Shanice attended Ball State University where she gained her degree in Public Relations and Image Management. After contributing her public relations and marketing background to the growing Midwest startup ecosystem, she went on to move to New York City where she has been apart of the fashion, technology, education and social good startup communities in radicalizing the way organizations embrace digital resources and tools.
She is an active advocate of embracing diversity and inclusion in the workplace and often speaks on leveraging your personal brand in the pursuit of navigating one's career.
