As a journalism graduate and music enthusiast, I've been lucky enough to work in a field that I love - music journalism. For two years I worked as a writer and artist acquirer for the global music discovery platform Melobee.
Most recently, I've been writing for UK based music blog Indie Top 39. I cover all of the blog's single reviews. I also conduct all of the interviews with bands and artists. We're a small team whose focus is shining a light on undiscovered musical talent. It's tough, but rewarding at the same time.

Elijah Mann is an electro-folk singer/songwriter who's based in Brooklyn, New York City. Just a few days ago, he released an incredible new tune called 'Dust Storm Darlin", and we at Indie Top 39 have had it on repeat ever since our first listen!

Silver Lake is the Netherlands-based art-pop duo made up of Marleen Hoebe and Jesse Koch. Partners in music as well as life, the pair create dreamy, nostalgia-filled tunes that we at Indie Top 39 have fallen in love with.
'Telephone' is the incredible brand new, self-produced single from Liverpool-based singer/songwriter Daisy Gill. By telling a somewhat tongue-in-cheek tale of an old, cheating boyfriend, Gill has produced one of her fiercest and most fiery tunes to date! A poppy, hip-hop-inspired track, 'Telephone' is catchy-as-hell, super fresh, and wonderfully energetic.
Do you need a little pick-me-up? Something to get you through the rest of the week? Well, you're in luck - and you can thank California-based indie-rock outfit The Sandspits. Their brand new release 'MGB' is an infectious, summery, and upbeat little number that somehow gets catchier and catchier with each listen.
Galaxy Thief are a Dorset-based indie-rock four-piece who first caught our attention last year when they released their powerful and anthemic tune 'FREE'. They followed that up with 'Timewaster', and we at Indie Top 39 instantly recognised that the band were onto something quite sonically special.
PAGES. are a Scottish-based three-piece indie-rock act that absolutely blew our socks off when they released 'Black and Blue' towards the end of last year. Since then, they've also unleashed 'Snow', another killer tune that showcases the new musical direction the band is going in.
London-based singer/songwriter, Georgia Maria, recently released 'Won't You?', the final single from her brand new EP Only One Another. Recorded with award-winning producer Dax Liniere, 'Won't You?' is Georgia Maria in a nutshell. Progressive, melodic, accomplished, exceptional.
Welsh Avenue is the musical project of Texas-based pianist, singer/songwriter, and alternative electro artist Mark DiLillo. He's just released a brand new single called 'Come Back Home', and it's truly everything that you need in your life right now!
It's no secret that we at Indie Top 39 have a serious soft spot for Berlin-based singer/songwriter Bar Dog. Ever since we first heard 'For Old Times' Sake', we've been following his budding career, and at the end of last month he released his incredible, touching new single called 'Don't Follow Me'.
