Lexa Frail writes stories for the kids who created daydream universes in their heads, role-played Warrior Cats in middle school, and went on to attend anime conventions. Her work is informed by her perspective as an aromantic asexual person and centres on themes of discovering one's identities, found family, and seemingly disparate characters bonding over shared experiences. She is an American based in Montréal, Canada; holds a degree in Applied Linguistics; and has been published in AZE Journal, BILD-LIDA, and J-BILD. In addition to writing, Lexa enjoys roller skating, travel, and matcha lattes.
