Terry L. Durst

Terry Durst is a 2019 graduate of the Master of Art in Professional Writing program at Chatham University. Her accomplishments include undergraduate and graduate degrees in Accounting, 4th Dan ranking in Chon Sul Kwon (Tactical) Hapkido, and, along with her husband of 34+ years, raising two children to adulthood. When she isn’t studying martial arts, interpreting for the Deaf through sign language, or quilting, she can be found researching her genealogy. She is currently building the foundation for her future nonprofit, Lion’s H.O.P.E. Martial Arts Studio, where she will train elderly, women, and people with physical disabilities how to defend themselves from physical attack.
