Conscious Vibes

A short documentary I created for the online magazine Conscious Vibes for their natural hair Exp 2015. This freelance role allowed me to me to develop skills in editing, reporting and research. In the past the Afro and natural hairstyles has been celebrated, reviled politicized. This is a short documentary investigating the politics of black hair. What a time to be a Journalist

My personal blog where i develop my writing skills on topics on love, personal growth and development. After graduating from a journalism degree, I can only think how I want to use my degree to change the world or at least make a small impact. The world is a complete mess and my heart has been feeling extremely heavy. I strongly feel like now is the time to be a journalist.
