As a trained journalist turned multimedia producer, I bring curiosity, attention to detail, and a deadline-driven approach to the creation of content for television, print, and web platforms.
From recruitment videos to long-form feature stories, I know how to help organizations communicate to internal and external audiences.
I'm always on the lookout for mission-driven projects. Most recently, I produced more than 150 health news segments sponsored by the University of Miami Health System for air on WPLG (ABC-10) in South Florida.
I also created The Methods Section, a capsule public health news podcast available on iTunes, www.publichealthmethods.org. My areas of interest include but are not limited to: healthcare, higher education, media, and government/non-profit sectors.
I have a Masters in Public Health from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a B.S. in journalism from Syracuse University's Newhouse School of Public Communications (Go Orange!), where I graduated as valedictorian and University Scholar in 1999.

When Anne Breuer was 13, she tore the protective layer in her left knee playing softball. Her doctors removed part of her lateral meniscus, and she tried to return to teenage life as usual. "Everyone said, 'You'll be fine, you'll be fine,' but six weeks after the first surgery I tore it again," says Breuer.
On the final day of her ER rotation at Jackson Memorial Hospital, while her fellow second-year residents were celebrating with a party thrown for them by the hospital's nurses, Nathalie McKenzie snuck downstairs for a mammogram, ultrasound, and biopsy.
