Sustainability continues to grow at Penn State | Penn State University

Sustainability efforts are gaining traction at Penn State, and not just at University Park. The Sustainability Institute at Penn State hosted regional forums earlier this summer to bring together faculty, staff and students from all Penn State locations to discuss sustainability efforts on their respective campuses.

Communicating science in a post-truth world | Penn State University

To help researchers improve their science communications, the Institutes of Energy and the Environment and the Science Communication Program in the Donald P. Bellisario College of Communications will host "Communicating Science in a Post-Truth World," a plenary session featuring four national journalists. The session will take place at 4 p.m.

Sustainability Curriculum Workshop coming to University Park

Penn State's Sustainability Institute will host a workshop to develop sustainability coursework on Aug. 7 and 8. Over the course of two days, faculty will develop a common language for sustainability, connect it to their disciplines and coursework, visit some of Penn State's best assets, and workshop materials with their peers.
