Ellie Troughton

A senior at the University of Dayton majoring in English and minoring in Human Rights Studies. I am graduating this May, and I am currently looking for a full time job where I can use my writing and editing skills. I am passionate about storytelling and helping others, and a career where I can use my critical thinking and linguistic skills would be of interest to me.

I have experience as a Writing Intern at a non-profit in Dayton, Ohio, The Victory Project. As the Writing Intern, I wrote and edited speeches for marketing events and worked with a team to create advertising materials for the organization. This opportunity showed me how I can use my skills to meet the needs of my community.
