Dana Fine

Independent Writer and Editor, and Lover of All Things Aquatic and Reptilian

I am a Grand Valley State University alumni, with a Bachelors in writing and a minor in biology. I am an experienced writer in the creative and magazine fields, and have a background in environmental biology. Before transfering to a writing degree, I spent three years of college pursuing a degree in marine biology, and most of high school and middle school attending events and studying for a career in environmental marine biology. During this time, I learned that there are many writers, and many biologists, but few who are both and can forward their ideas with facts or good writing.

In my free time I love to write stories, edit peers work, and research new facts about reptiles and aquatic life. I love to use my knowledge to power my writings, using them to help educate people through stories. I also love grammar, and am the go to person to help edit documents for grammar, errors, and rephrasing.
