A beloved middle-school English teacher handed me my first writing award for my essay, "I Ate a Worm." Years later, I walked into the editor-in-chief's office of my city newspaper with a story and walked out with an op-ed column. I was hooked and freelanced for newspapers, magazines, and websites for many years. I have recently written books and workbooks for children and am at work on my first adult novel.

I am looking for a literary agent, but will also welcome interesting freelance writing assignments such as books, blogs, articles, marketing/corporate copy, or newsletter content. I am reliable and can meet deadlines. Thank you for stopping by.

You don't have to know anything about history to enjoy old photos. But once you start looking at them, you will learn a lot about history whether you want to or not. And you'll love it. I did. I do. I didn't care a twig about history until I started working for this company.

Opening Day offered three games, including one starring the 2016 World Series come-back-kids and champions, the Chicago Cubs.
