In December 2025, I graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Strategic Communications. I will begin a two-year Higher Education and Student Affairs masters program in Fall 2026.

I have always had a love for writing and have gotten to foster that love through many different projects. Getting to channel that passion through communications writing has been one of the most rewarding parts of my time as a student at Ohio State. I have learned how to write press releases, SWOT analyses, feature articles, campaign proposals and more. I love connecting with new people and telling stories about the work they do. I look forward to continuing this through future writing projects.

I am an aspiring Higher Education professional and am waiting to hear back from the Higher Education and Student Affairs programs I applied to. My goal is to be a programs coordinator in student affairs after graduating with my masters degree. In my free time, I enjoy sining, songwriting, playing the guitar and piano, and reading.

Breaking the Silence Around Mental Health, Suicide, and Stigma

I spent many hours exploring the stigma surrounding mental health and suicide, focusing on how discomfort, fear, and misunderstanding worsen the recovery of suicide attempt survivors. I pulled many examples from Gayle King’s CBS This Morning segment “Suicide Attempt Survivors Offer Insight and a Message of Hope” (2018) to examine how stigma, isolation, and lack of support shape mental health recovery.

Mother's Trust Alliance Campaign Proposal

I was the team lead for a campaign project created to market Mother's Trust Alliance, a brand-new non-profit organization. At the end of the semester, our team, Buckeye PR Strategies, presented our campaign proposal to the founder of the organization. Our professor held a competition for extra credit and our proposal was picked as the winner.

I worked with a group of students to analyze the company Mid High Market, a clothing store that sells trendy, unique Ohio State merchandise. My fellow students and I worked hard to analyze Mid High Market's strengths, competitors and missed/future opportunities to make their business more successful. We presented our findings to the owner of the store.
