BUCHNAT: Don't eat Tide Pods, eat the Hurts Donut version instead

It's safe to say the Tide Pods meme has gotten out of hand. The popular laundry detergent has been a source of controversy the past few weeks, as people have, for some reason, started consuming the product. It all stems from a joke that the pods look like candy, therefore appear edible and tasty.

REVIEW: Lincoln Exposed, Zoo Bar, Feb. 8

From punk to Americana to blues, The Zoo Bar had a diverse number of acts for the second night of Lincoln Exposed. Domestica, 9 p.m. Punk band Domestica was the first group I saw on the Zoo Bar stage. The first thing someone will notice about Domestica is that they are loud, very loud.

Harambe's death inspires more than internet meme

Influential emo band 'at top of their game' after long hiatus

In 1999, three University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign students-Mike Kinsella, Steve Lamos and Steve Holmes- wrote and recorded an album in their college town. They soon graduated and the band broke up, only having played around 12 shows in its original run.

Adam DeVine gives DN inside look at new film following visit to UNL

Comedy actor and Omaha native Adam DeVine visited Lincoln last Friday April 29 in anticipation of his new film, "Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates." The movie is scheduled to release July 8 and stars DeVine alongside Zac Efron, Anna Kendrick and Aubrey Plaza. DeVine is currently on a college tour promoting the film.

Tory Lanez brings lots of energy to Bourbon Theatre

The Canadian hip-hop artist's "I Told You" tour came to Lincoln with something to prove. J.I.D opened up the show. He had a high-pitched, out of breath style that's reminiscent of acts like Rae Sremmurd. He had a goofy attitude and didn't take himself too seriously.
