Antonio Pinto

Chief Operating Officer | Production & Voice-over

France

Antonio Pinto is the Chief Operating Officer of TELENIMA, a company recognized for excellence in the creation of audiovisual content on sensitive topics, combining a multidisciplinary approach, technical rigor, and social impact. Born and raised in France, Antonio lived there until the age of twenty before moving to Portugal, maintaining close ties with French institutions and organizations throughout his life.

He has extensive experience in directing, production, and voice-over work for television, video production companies, and advertising. Antonio has participated in numerous projects within the media industry, managing complex productions across multiple disciplines. His voice has been featured in a wide range of animations, educational content, recordings, radio spots, documentaries, and television commercials, demonstrating both versatility and artistic sensitivity.

In the artistic and musical sphere, Antonio is recognized for his insightful performances. His singing career, which began in the late 1990s and came to an abrupt close in the mid-2000s as a result of a significant health condition, included work as a backing vocalist on several recording projects, as well as participation in a pioneering initiative in Portugal that combined liturgical music with popular music hits.

Antonio places great value on a serious and consistent professional approach, underpinned by continuous training and ongoing development of his skills. This commitment to excellence informs all his activities, from the concept or brainstorming stage to production and final export, reflecting a responsible, innovative, and highly professional approach in every project he undertakes.

Beyond technical expertise, Antonio emphasizes the human dimension of any endeavor, considering it the true foundation of lasting success. Throughout his career, and in perfect alignment with the values and principles upheld by TELENIMA, he has consistently sought to foster environments shaped by trust, loyalty, integrity, and mutual respect, principles he regards as "non-negotiable". Awakened at just five years old by a reality of profound emotional adversity, he developed a precocious and deep awareness of these core values, which continue to anchor both his professional and personal path.

In light of this, he has sought to cultivate authentic relationships where personal character, reliability, and a shared sense of purpose underpin every collaboration, partnership, and creative undertaking. Ultimately, for Antonio, the true strength of any production lies not merely in its technical execution, but in the integrity and quality of the human bonds that sustain it.

Driven by this purpose, Antonio Pinto is currently dedicated to research and writing on the structural issues affecting children and youth, with a specific focus on the profound impacts resulting from scenarios of abandonment, discrimination, and violence within complex or fragmented family environments. Anchored in the clinical expertise of respected psychiatrists and neuropsychologists (collaborators on this project), his work bridges scientific rigor with a deeply empathetic approach, aiming to analyze the long-term sequelae of physical and psychological abuse on child and adolescent development. His literary work, in an advanced stage of development and scheduled for publication in both Portuguese and French, addresses these dynamics with the essential sobriety and lucidity required to understand trauma.

As a natural extension of this commitment, Antonio is developing a television format designed to bring these themes into the public debate, extending the reach and impact of his message beyond the written word. Through these high-social-responsibility initiatives, he seeks not only to raise societal awareness and break institutional silence, but to actively contribute to the legal, emotional, and social protection of children and adolescents navigating these realities of extreme vulnerability.
