I am a current Francis Perkins Scholar at Mount Holyoke College working on an undergrad in english with a minor in journalism. I am a former independent magazine founder, editor, and writer, and a current editor and writer for the Mount Holyoke News. I won the Mount Holyoke English Department’s 2025 Minnie Ryan Dwight Prize for “excellence in journalistic writing,” as demonstrated by my Mount Holyoke News article “Jorge’s death sparks discussion about campus bird strikes."
