DS Smith - Content Marketing Manager
When your company receives its latest set of recycling rates it's important to keep a firm eye on the detail and assess how much of your waste is actually being put to best use once it's collected. Recycling figures can often be based on material collected from your business rather than measuring the amount of waste which is truly recycled.
The quality of the materials we collect and recycle is at the heart of everything we do at DS Smith. More than just a recycling and waste management company, we are also part of the DS Smith group which is a leading manufacturer of corrugated packaging in Europe.
At DS Smith we provide integrated recycling and waste management services, ranging from simple recycling collections through to full recycling and waste management solutions. Using what we call 'The Power of Less', we're experts in helping you get the best value from your recycling and implement services which provide less cost, less waste and less complexity.
Community groups from around the country have gathered at a trio of ceremonies to collect their Green Flag Awards, which recognise the best green spaces in the country. The events organised by Keep Britain Tidy have returned following the charity's new partnership with DS Smith, after a nine-year hiatus.
Through interviews with key industry players this report details how businesses can design out waste to enable a circular economy. Today packaging is more relevant than ever and the benefits of a strategic and sustainable packaging solution can help reduce complexity and cost, manage risk and support growth opportunities.
