During my time at this weekly paper, I have been able to establish strong contacts, securing exclusives, bringing front pages, off-dairy stories, writing investigations, court reports, features, human interest pieces and covering entertainment and sports.
Thanks to my qualification as a production journalist, I am able to contribute to the design of the newspaper and assist in every phase of the production.
I am a keen user of various social media including twitter, storify and google maps.

Two men suffered serious burns following a suspected gas explosion and fire at a house in Tycroes. Emergency services were summoned to Hafod Road at 4.20pm on Monday, August 4, by residents.
