The Great Migration

One of the OMF International U.S. office's tasks is to mobilize prayer for the people of East Asia. This piece is an example of a “prayer guide,” a 30-page booklet with short stories and ideas on how to pray. In the past few decades, there has been a massive relocation of people from the countryside to the urban centers of China. This short story describes the life of a migrant worker and highlights one of China's pressing social needs today.
