Stuck on the JC merry-go-round: running in circles for financial aid

I'm finally off of academic suspension after two years of dealing with dispassionate office workers, being told to submit, resubmit, then unsubmit missing paperwork that I wasn't given to begin with or that someone misplaced, all due to bureaucracy. I hate dealing with bureaucracy. It's a soulles

Graduating without graduation

I can't think of an event I have more mixed feelings about than this; the day I finally finish school and walk with my peers, in robe and cap, down the aisle. I can almost hear my friends and family laughing, cheering, and crying as I walk onto the stage and complete a major milestone...

The dub/ sub debate

I have been a fan of anime for years, gone to anime conventions and been in anime clubs where the golden rule is to watch with subtitles only. It's easier to multitask during dubbed anime because you can listen to it. I'm a busy guy with work and school.

"Sonic the Hedgehog": Forgettable but fun video game adaptation

From "Prince of Persia" to "Assassin's Creed," video game film adaptations are notoriously bad, but "Sonic the Hedgehog" is an odd surprise. The film concerns the inter-dimensional blue anthropomorphic hedgehog named Sonic, voiced by Ben Schwartz. Sonic had fled to Earth because of an unnamed evil trying to get his super speed powers.
