Zeyad Salem is a Multimedia Journalist, Creative Director and Storyteller based in Cairo, Egypt.
He has an MA in Multimedia Journalism (Broadcast) from the University of Westminster in London, United Kingdom. He worked in Egypt as a Producer for ON TV and a Founding Producer for CBC Extra. He also worked on multimedia projects in Germany, Greece, Lebanon, Turkey and the UK.
He is a Founding Member of the Cultural Innovators' Network (CIN) and a Chevening Alumni. His debut short documentary as a one-man-crew Else premiered at the BFI-Flare LGBT Film Festival and is the official selection for festivals in UK, Ukraine, South Korea and China.
