While I have spent most of my God given talent in the public relations and automotive/motorsports world over the last few years, I can now feel him moving me towards writing stories that touch the heart and change lives forever. In fact, I recently published my first book of inspiring stories about those who have overcome some pretty huge setbacks and are now using these experiences to help others.

Although I was an active child while growing up in Los Angeles, where I was walking almost everywhere, I didn't become a runner until after I was diagnosed with a neurological disorder called Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT) disease. This disease not only began to destroy muscle tone throughout my body but also caused tremendous pain, fatigue, weakness and even a form of paralysis called foot drop.
