Marketing and Communications

Location icon United States of America

Hello. Thank you for stopping by to view my portfolio.

A few things about me: I love marketing. And I love communications. I truly enjoy working on deadlines and work best under pressure (adrenaline rush!) Did I mention I used to be a reporter?

While my most recent work has been in website content strategy and development, I have experience in campaign creation and execution, internal communications, staff training, social media strategy, social advertising, email, video script writing and interviewing, and webinar development. I've even written a few press releases.

Ireland SPE Members Get Section of Their Own

Ireland touts an oil and gas industry presence, universities that offer high-level training in geosciences, and major drilling potential right in its own backyard. But until recently, the country didn't have a local SPE section. The section's origins go back to Stavanger, during a meeting between SPE North Sea Regional Director Carlos Chalbaud and then-SPE President Egbert Imomoh in August 2013.

Real Surgeons Wear Pink (Heels)

Kelsey-Seybold patients may notice something a little different about Dr. Glenn Landon's shoes. And it's not the glimmer of the glossy shine that is likely to catch their eye. Kelsey-Seybold's Chief of Orthopedic Surgery gave his shoes an update in support of "Pink Heels," a charitable campaign started by the Houston Shoe Hospital which hand cuts and custom fits pink heels for men and women's shoes.

Neighborhood comes to the aid of woman accused of kidnapping

The Kleinbrook subdivision has always been a close bunch. And numerous examples exist of this. Perhaps the most illustrative of this fact, however, is the outpouring of support they've thrown behind their close friend and fellow neighbor Rhonda Tavey, who was recently accused of kidnapping five children who lived with her after fleeing a Hurricane Katrina-devastated New Orleans.

Vintage Park Developers on leasing: We're on schedule

With "For Lease" signs posted over many of the store front windows, right now Vintage Park may look like a ghost town. But that's expected to change. "We've done Vintage in the same manner that we built Uptown Park, which is, we do not prelease," she said Vintage Director of Retail Management Melissa Goedde.

Dynamite Dan's brightens Christmas

Tucked between a clearing in a heavily wooded area behind a gravel parking lot, there's no fancy sign to catch the passersby's attention or to brag about the merchandise at the little roadside store just past Spring Creek on 2978 in Montgomery County.
