I am originally from the small town of Robert, Louisiana. I currently reside in Jennings, Louisiana.
I do freelance work for the local newspaper, Jennings Daily News (JDN). I have been covering local high school sports for JDN for four years. I cover Jeff Davis Parish schools. I began as a sports photographer working through the sports editor. Soon, I was providing photographs for the editor as well. I was given the opportunity to write sports articles and have since branched out to news and special features.
