CallRail
We were tasked with creating a cross-sell in 2 hard coded places in the app. This is the first one we created. I strategized and wrote the content for a cross-sell initiative geared toward existing users of our product to try out our AI product, Conversation Intelligence. I cross-functionally collaborated with marketing, design, and product to create an embedded design for an existing page in-app.
This was part 2 of the cross-sell project we created. Encouraging users to try something proved successful and encouraged them to take a low stakes trial to add our AI product to their business.
This project focused on increasing conversions for Lead Center trials, an add-on product on the platform. We were able to see immediate improvement in conversion rates. The previous cross-sell gave us 0-1 trials per month with nearly 0% conversion, and we were able to improve that to 66% trial-to-conversion rate in the months following the rollout.
One major piece of the annual plans project was giving users the ability to self-service switch to annual billing for any of our products.
We used the annual plan project to also overhaul the final step of the manage plan flow. This is where the user can see what they're now responsible for at a glance.
Cricket Wireless — UX writing and content strategy
This is the experience users who wanted to switch their phone service to Cricket Wireless and bring their phones with them would follow. We made it follow a simple 1, 2, 3 step process to minimize mental load on the user.
Used microcopy to create a short, informative modal to encourage interaction by the customer. Gathering the zip code was crucial to offering the correct deals and informing the user of the added value.
UX writing focused on providing the user with the steps to follow to find the IMEI on their data-only device. Similar modals followed for finding the IMEI on iPhone and Android. My strategy included error messages, buttons, and call outs to prevent errors for the user.

Instacart — Support content writing
After doing extensive user testing to improve categorization and UI elements, I used content strategy and UX writing principles to assist shoppers and customers with their common questions.
After an unmoderated card sorting activity with hundreds of users, we compiled the following categories to place our new support articles into. I used microcopy and UX writing principles to create copy for defined categories of content.
