Liz and Charlie Mitchell have lived in the Myrtle Beach, SC, area for 20 years and owned a second home in Beaufort, SC, for ten years. They have researched businesses, played the golf courses, dined in the restaurants and visited the attractions and events reviewed for their publications including two comprehensive guidebooks, apps and websites covering Myrtle Beach and Hilton Head which are recognized as the USA's top national tourist destinations.

Liz has published magazine and blog features for more than 20 years covering tourist destinations, attractions, activities and dining.

Her degree is in English and journalism, and she has taught university journalism and managed national training for professional seminar leaders. She has managed international marketing programs for Myrtle Beach Golf Holiday, the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, the Beaufort Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Beaufort County Black Chamber of Commerce and consults to additional non-profits,small businesses and professional speakers, artists and entertainers.She manages marketing and social media for select clients.

Also, she writes and edits for BinduTrips with responsibility for regional acquisitions throughout the U.S. South, Midwest and New England.
