Tara Lloyd

Freelance Journalist

Location icon France

Since completing my Bachelor of Arts (Journalism) at Curtin University, Australia in 2013, I have been working as a freelance journalist for publications such as X-Press Magazine, The Music, The Western Independent, and writing on my own blog, Gin in a Teacup. Much of my experience lies in the areas of music and fashion journalism, however I am always eager to write about as many different topics as possible!
I can promise personable, accurate work delivered on time and to an impeccable standard.
In 2016 I made the move from Perth, Australia to Paris, France and am currently working on a blog about my experience as an expat.
Please do not hesitate me through [email protected] if you are interested in working together.

Non-stop Go-go

TARA LLOYD December 11, 2013 The Watusi. The Chicken. The Mashed Potato. If these terms mean nothing to you, you're probably not familiar with the world of Go-go dancing. Not to be confused with Burlesque or exotic dancing, Go-go is a throwback to the 1960s, and it's experiencing a resurgence in Perth.
