Web Design & Redesigns
I redesigned all the site structure, menus, webpages, images and re-wrote all the content for LCR's website, migrating to a new platform to create a welcoming and user-friendly experience for members and visitors alike.
During the pandemic, I led a remote community art project for St. Barnabas, creating two large twin chandeliers of 1,000+ origami stars, folded by members out of reclaimed and painted bulletins. I created this landing page about the project & a detailed instruction video to help our volunteers.
Oversaw content for flagship site redesign. Reduced 1500-page site by more than 50%. Developed content strategy, brand guidelines, information architecture, personas and more. Wrote content and uploaded onto the CMS. Managed 8-person cross-departmental team, edited pages, administered reviews and led organization-wide trainings.
Content Strategy
To create a more consistent brand voice, I developed the initial version of the guidelines related to brand, content & copy, working closely across departments with our writers, designers, UX team and senior leadership.
