I began my career at Tucows as a software reviewer and I maintained the software libraries at Tucows Downloads for over two decades. We retired that site a few years ago, marking the end of an era.

I managed content and SEO for Ting Mobile, Ting Internet, Hover, and other Tucows brands for several years. A few years ago, they recruited me into the new Wavelo division, working for our Telecom Engineering division as Sr. Technical Writer. I've been with Tucows for a total of 25 years.

I'm a co-founder and co-moderator for our company's Neurodiversity Employee Resource Group. I'm an advocate for accessibility and disability rights in the workplace.
