Sam Zia

Sam Zia is the founder of Travel Smarter Consulting, a Washington, DC-based boutique firm specializing in luxury travel planning and credit card rewards strategy. He founded TSC at 18 and studied History and Politics at Jesus College, Oxford, where he co-founded Oxford Speaks, a speaker society that grew to more than 2,000 members. In August 2021, he coordinated emergency evacuation travel for at-risk individuals during the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, at no charge. He writes about travel strategy, points optimization, and what genuine luxury travel expertise looks like in practice.
