I like to explore more about myself by finding resources to become a better writer, listener, and community connector, aligning with my reserved leadership identity.

My writing has focused on public health (policy + education) topics, where I learned how these various issues and actions affect people's health journeys. It has helped me figure out my role in helping to heal the systems, lead with purpose, and connect with people. This has led me to believe in the power of storytelling and creativity to improve health and social impact messaging.

I'm currently exploring edutainment, storytelling, arts in health, and media to de-stigmatize cultural and health issues and nurture community care through cultural humility.

My hobbies include listening to podcasts, writing poetry, and trying new recipes.
