I am an experienced educator with a passion for storytelling, strategy and writing. I hold a doctorate in Educational Leadership and have spent the majority of my professional career working at the intersection of strategic planning, public relations, communications, and student success. I teach college classes, oversee websites, create social content, and produce articles and presentations on a variety of topics.
In my personal life, I am a mom to five children, one rescue pup and a very angry hedgehog.
Recently, financial professionals from across Texas gathered for the Texas Association of State Senior College and University Business Officers (TASSCUBO) Summer Conference. Held at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa, located in Bastrop, Texas, this meeting brought together nearly 200 experts in higher education funding and finance.
"All UTSA PD officers already receive mental health training, but this was an opportunity for advanced training in how to respond to community members in crisis. Our goal was to increase officer competence and confidence with training that they could deploy immediately to assist our community," said Calucci.
