I bring extensive expertise in crisis communication, having developed and implemented crisis communication plans used as models statewide by colleges and health departments. My real-world experience includes managing public messaging during events such as active shooter incidents, budget crises, and public safety issues. I am also trained in the Incident Command System (ICS) and the Joint Information Center (JIC) and have advised executive leaders and elected officials during high-pressure situations. These experiences have equipped me to deliver timely, clear, and effective communication when it matters most.
My advertising expertise includes leading multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, expanding audience reach through OTT, Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok, and optimizing strategies based on performance metrics.
