Hello! I'm Morgan. I’m a writer and researcher who helps organizations tell powerful stories, communicate complex ideas clearly, and drive meaningful social change.
I’ve partnered with some of the world’s largest organizations to engage and spotlight the communities they work alongside—managing campaigns, interviewing local changemakers, and writing case studies, donor reports, and op-eds that have reached global audiences. I’ve authored policy research that’s shaped legislation and contributed to initiatives advancing human rights, climate justice, and sustainable development.
Having worked closely with frontline responders, displaced communities, and global businesses and NGOs, I'm passionate about amplifying underrepresented voices and telling stories that raise awareness, shift perspectives, and inspire action. I prioritize ethical, inclusive, and values-driven communication that builds trust across political and cultural contexts.
My writing blends investigative analysis with compelling narrative. I cover issues like:
- Modern slavery (child labor, forced labor)
- Sustainable development
- Business & human rights across diverse sectors and geographies
- Migration, displacement, and humanitarian access
- Healthcare equity
- Child protection

They were sisters supporting their younger siblings to stay in school...

While supermarket shoppers are dazzled by foil-wrapped bunnies and decadent chocolate eggs in anticipation of Easter morning, the mass-market cocoa industry will sigh in relief: it has, once again, concealed its dark underbelly stuffed to the brim with exploitation. Though it may taste heavenly, the truth is that most chocolate contains the bitterness of child labour and modern slavery no amount of sugar can mask. But what if it doesn't have to be this way, and what if you could help change...

It’s a sweltering day in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and Mohsin and Helal are telling us about their jobs at the leather tanneries. They’ve both spent nearly 40 years chemically treating hides to turn them into leather that, down-the-line, will be fashioned into a pair of trendy boots. This is dangerous and low-paid work. They have both seen numerous people die...
