Mary Binninger is a graduate of SUNY Purchase College and holds a BA in Creative Writing. During her college career, Mary's writing was largely focused in fiction and poetry, but she also took time to explore other experimental and academic writing forms. Her favorite genres range from general fiction and poetry, LGBT+ literature, romance, horror/thriller, high & low fantasy, feminist driven narratives, and more.

Mary also loves working in other various art forms, such as painting, collage, and multi-media based projects. In the same vein, she also makes custom jewelry and runs her own online small business on Instagram, called The Gloom Room (@theglooomroom).
