Coordinated with internal teams and external partners to produce original content, revise the UX copy and compile bug testing feedback for a experiential digital dreamscape where users get to discover the inspirations behind the residential towers of YOO8 Serviced by Kempinski.

8 Conlay Mobile App

Responsible for revising UX copy for version 2.3.0 of the 8 Conlay Mobile App, a pocket-sized assistant highlighting the first development of its kind in Southeast Asia. Also had fun revising the format and streamlining processes for future technical writing requests.

Lookbooks for retail

Created lookbooks for luxury clients to redirect website readers to clients' e-commerce landing pages.

Interactive maps for tourism and fine dining

Created thematic listings to make features more interactive and engaging.

Interactive Digital Series

Presented in 3 chapters, this virtual experience offers the opportunity to directly experience the hallmarks of Kempinski’s luxurious hospitality services from a first-person perspective. The experience provided various scenarios that enabled the audience to interact with these services, resulting in an intimate and first-person account of what it would be like to live as a resident of YOO8 serviced by Kempinski.

Digital campaign for Louis XIII Cognac

Spearheaded campaign that involved filming overseas. This included coordinating with the talent, brand representative and videographer; creating storyboards and script to guide the videographer; planning and executing content (web and social media); as well as executing the deliverables (4 videos and 4 web posts in English & Chinese). The campaign quadrupled the client's follower count on Facebook.
