I work closely with the social media team at Jamie Oliver Group to refresh their Pinterest copy to boost engagement, capture key trends, and strengthen the brand's tone of voice. Since working on this project, I have boosted their Pinterest engagement by 30%.
I am currently working closely with Lowicks, a members club start-up, to write out their investor deck copy, marketing copy and company slogan, with the objective to complete all UX copy for a live website by the end of the year. During this project, I schedule regular one-to-one meetings with the founders and conduct extensive market research to ensure that the brand owns a unique position within the marketplace.
In this piece for Stylist, I carried out independent research with the help of supporting brands to monitor my own hormones, learn about the history of hormonal contraception, and understand how it impacts society today.
I act as a freelance editor and proofreader for the Children's team at DK, which has made me an agile short-form copywriter, and provided me with a meticulous eye for detail, spelling, and grammar. I am often the last stakeholder to review the final copy before it goes to print, which has ensured that I write with care and consideration for the brand's tone of voice, and standard of quality.
From social media posts to articles, I wrote all the copy for the recent partnership between TENA and HELLO! Magazine. This required me to write with a sensitivity to a new audience whilst becoming familiar with the brand's tone of voice.
