Hi! I'm Madeleine, a junior studying public relations at the University of Oregon. I am highly interested in the communications processes between entertainment industries and their audiences, which is why I'm minoring in both game studies and digital humanities to further these interests and hopefully gain a professional position in these industries in the future. I am also very passionate about female representation within these industries and within the media they put out.
Avid player of games with specific close interest in indie titles, though I love and play many genres! Some of my favorites: Undertale/Deltarune, League of Legends, Celeste, Breath of the Wild, Ace Attorney, Overwatch, Stardew Valley, Risk of Rain 2.
While interning for my local paper, I put together multiple in-house ads that then ran in the paper advertising some of our digital tools.
Group project where I served as a copywriter and direct collaborator, making a potential creative campaign the beauty company e.l.f. could use with the goal of regaining trust of its female audience.
