At Dorchester Collection, I write about an exceptional portfolio of world-class hotels – highlighting their legendary status, exquisite design, outstanding cuisine and unique way of life. My role covers a diverse mix of copywriting, content management, marketing campaigns and proofreading. I’m involved with everything from CRM newsletters and SEO website content, to brochures, flyers, adverts and blog posts.
As guardian of the brand’s tone of voice and style guide, I ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned through every touchpoint. I work across talented multi-functional teams including Marketing, CRM, E-commerce and Sales – especially when planning brand strategy and implementing companywide campaigns.
