In 2015, MadCap Software updated its source control capabilities to allow Subversion and Git in addition to Microsoft TFS, Microsoft VSS, and Perforce. When this change happened, I was put in charge of reviewing and rewriting the source control documentation to include these new source control providers. This new user tutorial was developed as my Capstone project for my Masters program at Northeastern University in 2015. It was updated for the Flare 12 release in early 2016 (which is why you will see some placeholder images in this document; it was built in Flare 11.1 with the intent of being added to a future version) and added to the MadCap Flare software as a full tutorial to help new users learn how to use the software.
