For 20 years, I have been telling stories, first as a newspaper reporter and editor, then in the nonprofit and higher education world. I pride myself on being fast, dependable and versatile, able to seamlessly move from a long-form magazine feature, to social media posts, to complex brochure writing and video scripting. Usually, there's quite a bit of coffee involved.

I like to understand what drives people and enjoy telling their stories with a little edge and a lot of verve.
