Jeff brings over 15 years' writing experience in the travel and tourism industry. He embarked on his travel writing career as a Web Content Editor for Splendia, a luxury hotel website based in Barcelona. He then worked as a Content Manager for getaroom.com, which was started by the same gentlemen who launched Hotels.com in the early 1990s. Jeff's next role was as a Copywriter with Interval International, one of the world's largest timeshare companies. Interval was acquired by Marriott Vacations Worldwide in 2018, where Jeff continues to craft compelling, traffic-generating, and revenue-producing copy as a Senior Digital Copywriter.
Jeff uses the motto "less is more" as a guiding principle in his work, always striving for minimal words and maximum impact. He has the versatility to write short- and long-form copy across a wide range of channels, from digital to direct mail.
Jeff earned his Master of Science degree in Tourism and Hospitality from the University of Florida and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Florida International University, graduating with highest honors.
His hobbies include traveling, sports, history, psychology, reading, music, cats, and collecting historical memorabilia.
