Based in Oldham, I am a writer working across mediums, from poetry to playwriting. I am an Oldham Coliseum Crafted Artist and a 2026 Dare to Know Theatre Mentee. Alongside my work as a writer, I currently study acting at Act Up North Manchester.

My most recent play, 'On Air', debuted at the Oldham Arts Festival 2025, following a successful run at the Edinburgh Fringe 2023 with my first full-length play, 'Mother & Son'. My writing has been published in the Oldham Poetry Magazine (2025), The Cloudscent Journal (2023), and TransMuted Zine (2023) - I also have work in anthologies, including Woman Halved (2026) and These Starving Bones of Mine (2024).

I am a December 2023 graduate of the University of Liverpool's MA in Creative and Critical Writing. My research interests include coming-of-age stories, queer narratives, and narratology.

On Air | Oldham Arts Festival 2025

'On Air' is a play about what it means to hear - to listen - to speak. Follow the music into a world of memories, melodies, and tensions as a young man explains why strangers are blowing up his phone. People aren't very happy with him - but what did he do, and why did he do it?

Upstairs/Downstairs - Script Extract

'Upstairs Downstairs' is a period piece set in the home of Simon Aldiss, a wealthy socialite who appreciates the arts and beauty. He has fallen in love with his footman, Charlie, who loves him back - a situation that puts both of them at risk. This is a play about a scandal averted.
