Dr. Jake Diliberto in the U.S. Marine Corps as a non-commissioned officer in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom, then became an associate research analyst with the United Nations. Dr. Jake Diliberto extended his knowledge of national and international policy and government as a Ph.D. student at the University of Birmingham, where he researched a variety of U.S. public service systems and lectured on topics such as research design, data analysis, and interpretation.

While pursuing his doctoral degree, Dr. Jake Diliberto accepted a position with the Center for International Policy, where he served as an expert analyst and as a driver of new business. He secured a number of new clients, including influential business executives and elected officials, and expanded the company's portfolio.

Dr. Dilberto has contributed to a broad range of projects, including business impact analysis and continuity planning, as well as emergency planning at the state, county, and municipal levels.
