She graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Journalism and worked as a student journalist at The Daily for on-campus online news. 5 Questions With French Choreographer Xavier Le Roy

The Taipei Performing Arts Center (TPAC) opened on Aug. 7 after 10 years of construction. To celebrate the grand opening, the government invited French choreographer Xavier Le Roy and Hong Kong choreographer Mei-hua Yu to work with seven Taiwanese artists to perform “Still (Life) in Taipei” for the venue over three weekends in September and October.

UW community members make use of resources to reduce difficulties of online learning

Asian Student Commission director Tianna Andresen said many students faced difficulties in finding a sense of belonging, had trouble accessing resources, suffered from social anxieties, and for international students, struggled with visa applications or requirements. RSOs also struggled to perform outreach and retain membership as well as create and share resources and events.

Pavilion pool closes after 83 years

UW Recreation announced the Pavilion Pool is permanently closed and the IMA Pool is under construction earlier this month, resulting in aquatic student groups having no choice but to seek alternative pools off campus.
