Set in the fictional Irish town of Fintan's Reach, this speculative prequel follows a young, newly minted DI Jack Mooney as he investigates small-town crimes alongside newcomer Siobhan 'Shiv' Gallagher, a detective sergeant from Northern Ireland. Jack warms to Shiv, however the locals do not share the same sentiment.
